Z. Montefalcone wines are produced and estate bottled in a family owned winery which began production over half a century ago. The vineyards are located in Luján de Cuyo and Tupungato, in the province of Mendoza, recognized as Argentina's top grape-growing regions due to the ideal combination of soil, altitude, and climate. This is the area where South America's finest wines are produced, including Z. Montefalcone's Malbec, which was awarded silver medals in the prestigious Vinandino wine tasting in 2001 and 2003.
Surrounded by 240 hectares of vineyards, the winery has a production capacity of three million litres per year. All of the equipment is state of the art, and this, combined with the finest grapes available and the dedication of master winemakers, is what guarantees our wines the excellence for which they are known.
